We are looking for a reliable and skilled Chef de Partie. You’ll be part of a team working in a modern kitchen with a strong team spirit.
Key Responsibilities for Chef de Partie:
- Running your own section and maintaining high food and safety standards
- Preparing and serving meals for breakfast, lunch, and hospitality events
- Supporting menu cycles, food preparation, and service
- Assisting with functions and occasional weekend work on a rota
- Covering reduced hours during school holiday periods
Requirements for Chef de Partie:
- NVQ Level 2 in Food Production (or equivalent)
- Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate
- Enhanced DBS check (required)
- Passion for food and high standards
- Experience in busy, high-volume kitchens
- Reliable, organised, and able to work under pressure
