PRS Recruitment are currently recruiting multiple Chef de Parties and Fine Dining Chefs to support several prestigious hospitality and fine dining venues across Newcastle City Centre. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional food and have experience working to Rosette standard, we’d love to hear from you.
Available Positions
- Chef de Partie (CDP) £17.00 per hour PAYE + holiday pay
- Approx. 8-hour shifts
- Various shift patterns available
- Fine Dining Chefs £23.00 per hour PAYE + holiday pay
- Approx. 8-hour shifts

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working within Rosette-standard kitchens
- Fine dining experience is essential
- Excellent knowledge of fresh food preparation and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently within a busy professional kitchen
- Passion for producing high-quality dishes
- Reliable, professional and well presented
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
