We are recruiting on behalf of a facilities maintenance company for a Multi-Skilled Mobile Electrical Bias Engineer to cover commercial sites across Swindon, Newbury, Reading, and the M4 corridor.
Role Overview:
- Carry out general building maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) across multiple commercial sites.
- Undertake electrical works, including fault-finding, repairs, and servicing of site systems.
- Support other building services where required, including basic HVAC and minor mechanical works.
- Conduct routine inspections, checks, and compliance testing to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Accurately complete maintenance records, PPM documentation, and health & safety reports.
- Work independently while liaising effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Respond to reactive maintenance tasks during normal working hours (no call-out rota).
Requirements:
- Fully electrically qualified.
- 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (essential).
- Experience as a multi-skilled electrical engineer within commercial or facilities management environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload.
- Full UK driving licence.
