Position: Multiskilled Maintenance Electrician
Type: Permanent
Location: Clitheroe
Salary: up to £43,000 PA – Monday – Friday 40 hours per week
We are recruiting for a Lead/multiskilled maintenance electrician to join a dedicated maintenance and engineering team within a prestigious commercial facility in the Ribble Valley area of Lancashire.
The role is a permanent position, Mon-Fri 40 hours per week.
Flexible start and finish times
Overtime available.
Parking on site.
Basic up to £43,000 basic salary.
On call TBC
Site Vehicle available
Maintenance Electrician:
Lead Electrical and general mechanical HVAC delivering technical planned and reactive maintenance within a highly prestigious facility and estate
PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across building services plant
Lead the maintenance team
Complete compliance paperwork
Oversee sub-contractors on site
Providing hands-on and supervisory duties to:
Lighting and emergency lighting
Compliance checks
Ensure all tasks are risk assessed through site specific or dynamic risk assessments
Monitor the BMS
Continuously review the systems and identify areas for improvement and energy reduction
Diagnose faults effectively and make good whenever possible.
Mechanical, HVAC and fabric where needed
Electrical small works
Lifecycle repairs
Requirements:
Qualified Electrician (Level 3 or Part 1&2)
Experience of PPM and reactive maintenance works
Experience of lead or supervisory works
Multiskilled and able to complete general mechanical PPM’s
Experience of RAMS, permits etc.
Plant room experience
18th edition
