Duties include:
- Treating damp and mould issues in residents’ properties
- Carrying out mould wash and appropriate treatments
- Preparing surfaces for painting
- Painting and decorating to a high standard
- Recording visits, treatments and materials used
- Working professionally in customers’ homes
Requirements:
- Time-served Painting & Decorating experience
- P&D qualification not essential if experience can be demonstrated
- Social housing experience preferred
- Damp & mould treatment experience advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
- Maximum 6 points on licence
- No driving ban within the last 5 years
- Basic DBS check required
