Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for a role with excellent benefits and genuine career progression? We’re seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading building services provider, supporting a portfolio of prestigious commercial properties across Chelsea and Kensington. Working within high‑end corporate and commercial environments, you’ll carry out a mixture of planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, fault finding and minor installation works. The Role
- Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
- Fault finding and repairs on commercial building systems
- Minor electrical installation works
- Inspection, testing and compliance works
- Working on single and three‑phase systems
- Client‑facing role within premium commercial environments
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with current BS7671 regulations
What We’re Looking For
- City & Guilds Level 3 (2357) or equivalent apprenticeship
- AM2 Qualified
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations knowledge
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent
- Strong fault‑finding and maintenance experience
- Professional, customer‑focused approach
