We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded, A-list client in the commercial FM and building services sector. Due to continued contract growth, they are looking for an experienced Mobile AC Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role involves working across a portfolio of commercial contracts, predominantly based in South London, with additional sites in Reading, Oxford and Bristol. All travel to regional sites is fully covered. This is a mobile, field‑based position servicing and maintaining a range of commercial air conditioning systems.

You will be working on:

  • VRV and VRF systems
  • Split systems
  • Commercial HVAC installations

Hours and package:

  • Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
  • Salary £50,000 – £55,000+ depending on qualifications and experience
  • 1-in-5 call-out rota with a £300 per month on-call allowance (£3,600 per year)

What you’ll need:

  • Formal qualifications in air conditioning or HVAC
  • Cat. 1 F‑Gas certification — this is essential and non‑negotiable
  • Proven experience working on commercial AC systems
  • Full UK driving licence
