PRS Recruitment Agency is currently seeking experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to work with some of our most prestigious clients in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company that values its employees and provides ongoing training and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
  • Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
  • Emergency lighting
  • Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
  • Chillers – Re-set
  • Water Treatment (Temperature checks)
  • Pumps, motors
  • BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
  • UPS Systems – Monitor / Take readings

Requirements

  • Trade trained with ideally 3 years’ experience in the building services
  • City & Guilds Qualified Mechanical
  • Has the will and desire to succeed and learn
  • Good building services knowledge
