We are currently seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our client’s team in Hammersmith. This role involves carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), reactive repairs, and other core mechanical duties across the site.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems, including HVAC, boilers, pumps, and plumbing.
- Diagnose faults and undertake effective repairs to minimise downtime.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure documentation is kept up to date.
- Collaborate with other engineering and facilities teams to deliver a high standard of service.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
- Previous experience in a similar role (healthcare or highly regulated environments desirable).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and HTM (Health Technical Memoranda) guidelines (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
