An established facilities management company is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a large team in a commercial site. This role is working in a large site in the Tottenham Court Road area covering the landlord services, carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance. It’s an excellent opportunity for a reliable engineer who is looking for long-term stability and progression pathways.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver both scheduled and emergency mechanical maintenance across a commercial site
  • Inspect, service, and repair HVAC equipment including AHUs, fan coil units, pumps, valves, and associated pipework
  • Maintain hot and cold water systems, ensuring compliance with current regulations
  • Identify faults efficiently and carry out effective repairs or component replacements
  • Work safely at all times, adhering to health, safety, and industry standards
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients on site
  • Accurately complete service reports, job sheets, and compliance records
