Responsibilities
- Preparing competitive M&E tender packages up to £2m from first principles
- Performing take-offs from drawings and producing detailed prime cost plans
- Liaising with the Building stream to deliver joint bids
- Engaging supply chain and analysing quotations for compliance
- Supporting contract bid submissions against NSR schedules
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ M&E estimating experience with a reputable M&E contractor
- Demonstrable experience costing tenders up to c£2m
- Knowledge of MTC, JCT, and NEC forms of contract
- HNC or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering (desirable)
- Proficiency with estimating and take-off software packages
