Maintenance Electrician – London (Days 8 Hour Shift)

Salary: From £44,000 + benefits

We’re currently looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team in London. If you’ve got strong electrical maintenance experience across commercial or industrial environments and enjoy hands‑on fault‑finding, this could be a great next step for you.

About the Role

You’ll be working across a variety of sites, ensuring electrical systems are safe, compliant, and operating efficiently. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

• Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Fault‑finding and repairing electrical systems to minimise downtime.
• Working on lighting, power, containment, control panels, and general building services.
• Responding to emergency breakdowns when required.
• Completing all work in line with health & safety and compliance standards.
• Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone reliable and technically strong who can work independently when needed. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician (commercial/industrial preferred).
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
• Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• A safety‑first mindset and professional approach.
• A full UK driving licence (preferred).
