Location: Southampton, Bracknell & Bristol (travel required)

Contract: Temp to Perm

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Hours: 40 hours per week (flexibility required to meet business needs)

Salary & Pay: Equivalent salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum; Hourly rate: £14.42 – £16.82

Role Overview: This is a varied role combining on-site supervision with remote administrative responsibilities. You will spend approximately 3 days on the road supporting teams across multiple locations and 2 days working from home focusing on reporting, planning, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support teams across multiple sites
  • Deliver staff training and ensure high standards are maintained
  • Carry out and manage COSHH assessments and risk assessments
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Provide operational support and resolve on-site issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar supervisory or mobile role
  • Strong knowledge of COSHH and risk assessments
  • Experience in staff training and team development
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Basic DBS check (required prior to start)

Additional Information:

  • Travel expenses (fuel) will be covered during the temporary period
  • Upon permanent placement, a company van and fuel card will be provided
  • An enhanced DBS check will be completed once permanent
