Role Overview: This is a varied role combining on-site supervision with remote administrative responsibilities. You will spend approximately 3 days on the road supporting teams across multiple locations and 2 days working from home focusing on reporting, planning, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support teams across multiple sites
- Deliver staff training and ensure high standards are maintained
- Carry out and manage COSHH assessments and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Provide operational support and resolve on-site issues
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar supervisory or mobile role
- Strong knowledge of COSHH and risk assessments
- Experience in staff training and team development
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Basic DBS check (required prior to start)
Additional Information:
- Travel expenses (fuel) will be covered during the temporary period
- Upon permanent placement, a company van and fuel card will be provided
- An enhanced DBS check will be completed once permanent
