Responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring a clean, tidy, and hygienic environment for our students and staff. Duties include general cleaning of classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas.

Duties

  • Sweeping, mopping, hoovering and polishing the floors
  • Wiping, dusting and polishing of surfaces
  • Emptying and removing rubbish
  • Ensuring that the cleaning equipment is stored away in the appropriate place
  • Cleaning toilet area
  • Deep cleaning
  • Moving table and chairs

Requirements

  • Must hold a current Enhanced DBS Certificate
  • Previous cleaning experience essential
  • A good eye for detail and a proactive attitude
  • Basic understanding of COSHH
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
