Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for a role with excellent benefits and genuine career progression? We’re seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading building services provider, supporting a portfolio of prestigious commercial properties across Chelsea and Kensington. Working within high‑end corporate and commercial environments, you’ll carry out a mixture of planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, fault finding and minor installation works. The Role

  • Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
  • Fault finding and repairs on commercial building systems
  • Minor electrical installation works

  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with current BS7671 regulations

What We’re Looking For

  • City & Guilds Level 3 (2357) or equivalent apprenticeship
  • AM2 Qualified
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations knowledge
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent
  • Strong fault‑finding and maintenance experience
  • Professional, customer‑focused approach
