We are looking for a skilled

Maintenance Plumber to join our facilities team. This role covers general building services maintenance

, including both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive work

. You will support the smooth operation of our sites, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out plumbing maintenance and repairs (e. g., toilets, sinks, pipework).
  • Perform general building fabric repairs as required.
  • Replace filters, belts, and perform minor mechanical works.
  • Support legionella monitoring and other water hygiene checks.
  • Complete scheduled PPM tasks and respond to reactive maintenance requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in plumbing and general building services.
  • Basic knowledge of L8 (Legionella) requirements; formal certification not essential as training will be provided.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Full UK driving license (to use company van)
