The successful candidate will manage contractors, oversee fabric maintenance, and ensure high standards of compliance while supporting sustainability and customer satisfaction.
The role requires a strong technical background, contractor management skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CAFM systems. An IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
