We are recruiting for a maintenance operative / handyperson to work on a prestigious facility in the Liverpool area completing general fabric maintenance and compliance checks as part of a resident maintenance team.
Responsibilities
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)
- Reactive fabric maintenance
- Fire door inspections
- Water sampling and water flushing
- General decorating and making good
- Porter duties (moving furniture and equipment)
- Creating and removing decking for seasonal events
- Overseeing subcontractors
- General building fabric repairs across the estate
Qualifications
- Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Maintenance (Joinery, Plumbing, Painting/Decorating)
- Strong all-round fabric maintenance skills
- Experience carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
