We are recruiting for a maintenance operative / handyperson to work on a prestigious facility in the Liverpool area completing general fabric maintenance and compliance checks as part of a resident maintenance team.

Responsibilities

  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)
  • Reactive fabric maintenance
  • Fire door inspections
  • Water sampling and water flushing
  • General decorating and making good
  • Porter duties (moving furniture and equipment)
  • Creating and removing decking for seasonal events
  • Overseeing subcontractors
  • General building fabric repairs across the estate

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Maintenance (Joinery, Plumbing, Painting/Decorating)
  • Strong all-round fabric maintenance skills
  • Experience carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
