£30,000 per annum – No call out
We are recruting for a maintenance handyperson to join a small team working at a static site in Leicester. This position is working from 1pm to 9pm, Monday – Friday, with no on call requirement for this role.
Main Duties for this role:
- Completing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) within set timescales, carrying out maintenance on floors, doors, ceilings, wall coverings, basic plumbing, and carpentry, painting and decorating.
- Undertaking minor project works when required.
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance, liaising with client representatives, using mobile devices to log works and update tasks.
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties as directed by the Contract Manager.
Person specification for this role.
- The ideal candidate should have proven experience in maintenance work, and be able to turn their hand to most aspects of D.I.Y.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A full UK driving licence is also required.
On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of £30,000 per annum, with 25 days annual leave plus stats.
