Position: Maintenance Electrician
Type:Temporary ongoing (temp to perm option)
Salary: Based off Basic circa £40,000 – £42,000 Mon-Fri 40 hours (£21.00/hr hourly rate PAYE)
Location:Leeds
We are recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to complete electrical PPM and reactive works on a commercial estate in Leeds.
Electrician Description
- Complete electrical works on building services systems and plant room.
- To repair and maintain electrical systems
- To work electrical projects and to assess all electrical plans and installations
- To carryout electrical PPM and reactive maintenance
- To ensure that all critical works is completed at the request of the end user, ensuring that this is in line with SLA’s
- Ensure H&S, RAMS and H&S documentation are correct
- Working on commercial grade facilities
- To overlap with mechanical and general plant room teams where required plus compliance checks
Skills & Background Required
- Recognised professional apprenticeship or equivalent Electrical training
- NVQ Level 3 Grade
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
- Experience of maintenance – PPM and reactive works
- Ideally to have good multi skilled experience
- Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally
- Valid driving license
