Mechanical HVAC Engineer – No Call Out, Kettering, £40,000 per annum.

Permanent position for a mechanically biased HVAC maintenance engineer, to work as part of a 3 person engineering team on a static site in Kettering.

This role is working days Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • PPM tasks – filter changes, air handling unit maintenance, split systems for air conditioning.
  • Minor Reactive works
  • Contractor management
  • Minor fabric works – for example basic plumbing

Qualifications

The ideal candidatewill be qualified in either mechanical engineering or plumbing (City and Guilds or NVQ), with previous experience in a maintenance role, and happy to turn their hand to all aspects of facility maintenance.

Fgas qualification is highly desirablefor this role.

Benefits

On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of up to £42,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus stats.
