Mon-Fri 40 hours per week
Location: York, Darlington, Leeds
We are recruiting a Health and Safety Trainer to work within the maintenance team and provide H&S and induction training for new staff, sub-contractors, and client personnel. The position is a permanent role paying circa Β£36,000 PA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide training relating to on-site Health & Safety processes and procedures plus the induction of new staff.
- Provide training and induction services to sub-contracting workers and end user personnel.
- Keep and maintain training and induction records across the various estates on the contract.
- Ensure inductions are kept up to date with any relevant legislation changes.
- Ensure quality is maintained across the internal processes and associated record keeping.
- Travel between each facility where required.
Requirements:
- Experience and interest in the delivery of training and inductions for new personnel, ideally within an FM or H&S sector.
- Able and willing to travel between each facility.
- This role will also require training the successful candidate in the sector specific processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience dealing with end users and client operations.
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
