Handyperson – Static – No Call Out
Lichfield
£35 – £36,000 per annum
Permanent site based position for a handyperson to carry out mainly pre planned maintenance. This his role is working days Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.This role will suit someone that does not want to go on a call out rota and is happy working a steady 40 hours per week.
Your main duties will include (but not limited to):
- PPM tasks – emergency lighting/Tap Temps/Fire Door and Bay Door Inspections etc
- Contractor management
- Minor fabric works – for example basic plumbing (leaks, taps, toilets etc).
The ideal candidatewill be hold a trade qualification (City and Guilds or NVQ) , with previous experience in a maintenance role, and happy to turn their hand to all aspects of facility maintenance.
On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of between £35,000 – £36,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus stats, working 40 hours per week Monday – Friday.
