Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
- Perform Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm testing
- Maintain HVAC systems and associated plant room equipment
- Service and repair pumps, motors, and related components
- Keep accurate service records using a PDA system
- Liaise with subcontractors for specialised tasks
- Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety and site regulations
- Conduct inspections and pre-empt potential issues
What We’re Looking For:
- City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
- Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach
