We are currently looking for a Catering Assistant to join a busy and friendly food service team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering good-quality food and customer service.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with the preparation and service of fresh food
- Setting up and maintaining clean, attractive food and counter displays
- Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operating the till and handling payments accurately
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Supporting the wider catering team during busy periods
The ideal Catering Assistant will:
- Have a positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Be confident dealing with customers
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Have good timekeeping and attention to detail
- Previous catering experience is helpful but not essential
Additional information:
