Key Responsibilities:
- Team Collaboration: Cultivate a collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork, service excellence, and individual growth. Seize opportunities for skill enhancement through coaching and mentorship.
- Operational Excellence: Uphold client contract requirements, aiming to exceed Key Performance Indicators. Perform reactive repairs and scheduled maintenance tasks with utmost precision. Adhere to established standard and emergency protocols. Implement and uphold the account’s Risk & Safety practices to minimize disruptions to client operations. Collaborate closely with the wider team to identify areas for enhancing technical service delivery.
- Continuous Development: Proactively seek and implement improvements to elevate service quality and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- HV/LV Authorized Person AP15 (Training refreshers provided).
- Updated IEE: Wiring and Installation Regulations or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
- HNC & HND qualifications in engineering.
- Confined Authorized Person (Training refreshers provided).
- Mechanical Pressure Authorized Person (Training refreshers provided).
- IOSH certification.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ in electrical/mechanical disciplines.
- Previous experience in a Critical Engineering Facility.
- Proficiency in PC operations and familiarity with systems like BMS and other digital control/monitoring platforms.
