The predicted salary is between 38400 - 49000 £ per year.
We are currently seeking a Mechanically biased HVAC Engineer to work direct for a leading Data osting company that can offer career stability and progression within a rapidly expanding and career proofing industry. The established state of the art N+1 Data Centre has a very steady team, and the vacancy is purely down to retirement and are looking to fill this role with a proactive and experienced facilities maintenance technician. You will need to have a proven track record of carrying out the planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and HVAC systems ideally within a commercial or industrial environment.
You will need to have completed an apprenticeship or time served and to have a minimum of Mechanical City & Guilds qualifications or equivalent. It is a must to have previous experience of covering the planned and preventative maintenance within a Critical Environment. This can include: Data Centres Corporate Banking or pharmaceutical sites where it is essential that power and environmental conditions are maintained 365/24 hrs. You must also be able to work well within a team and have good work ethics and have a proactive approach towards the role.
Basic salary 46k- 49k
Days Mon-Fri 8-5
10% Basic Salary Annual Bonus
