Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks
- Respond to emergency callouts and fault situations
- Complete logbooks, RAMS, and relevant documentation
- Attend client meetings and provide technical support
- Conduct emergency lighting testing
- Perform electrical works including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, and BMS
- Maintain and operate Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Work on air conditioning systems including DX, chilled water, and adiabatic AHUs
- Maintain generators, controls, and UPS systems
- Work on AC/DC systems including single and three‑phase motors
- Support HV/LV systems maintenance
- Carry out basic building fabric tasks (e.g., toilets, drainage, tiling, sinks)
Requirements:
- Trade qualified with ideally 3+ years’ experience in building services
- City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of building services systems (AHU, FCU, UPS, generators, LV systems)
- Proven fault‑finding ability across mechanical and/or electrical systems
- Excellent communication skills with strong client‑facing experience
