We are recruiting for a Builder or Shopfitter with a multiskilled trade background to work on a mobile basis across the North West completing building maintenance, refurbishment works, small works projects etc. The role is a permanent position paying £38,000 – £40,000 PA plus OT. Mon-Fri circa 40 hours per week. Van supplied with personal use.
Shopfitter Description
- Completing room modifications and refurbishments on commercial, healthcare and corporate estates
- Shopfitting works
- Small works projects and lifecycle improvements
- Joinery works
- General plumbing
- Building repairs
- PPM’s and reactive works – Fabric Maintenance
Requirements
- Ideally a Qualified Joiner, Shopfitter or Builder
- Experience of other trades including plumbing etc.
- Experience of fabric maintenance
- Valid driving license
- Current or able to secure a DBS due to nature of the sites
- Multiskilled experience with a can do attitude
