We are looking for a fabric maintenance engineer with good painting and decorating skills to work at a prestigious site in South Birmingham. This role will suit a maintenance engineer that wants to be site based and lives within reasonable commuting distance of South Birmingham. The role is mainly Monday – Friday but with some weekend working required (time off in lieu). You should have experience of working in the maintenance industry and be looking for a settled, site based, permanent role.

Main duties:

  • Carry out painting and decorating tasks.
  • Reactive repair work as and when required such as minor carpentry repairs to locks, doors etc.
  • General civils maintenance such as drainage and minor groundworks.
  • Maintain accurate records including logs, paperwork, reports and H&S documentation.

On offer is a permanent position paying up to £32,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus stats.
