What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running the show for all BMS requirements across our London Campus.
  • Acting as the go‑to technical expert, supporting operations and central engineering.
  • Driving performance improvements and energy optimisation — think COâ‚‚ control linked to plant activity.
  • Bridging the gap between engineer and manager, providing proactive guidance.
  • Managing budgets, risks, and critical spares to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Building strong partnerships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and colleagues.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and shaping future Capex and asset strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid BMS experience (electrical background a big plus).
  • Hands‑on knowledge of Distech BMS (ideally).
