Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 Plus Overtime

Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM

PRS is currently recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer to look after a prestigious residential complex located in Battersea. As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will undertake the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment including service, maintenance and repair of split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary paying between £45,000 – £50,000, a company vehicle, and a fuel card. Overtime is available and there are fantastic opportunities to progress within the company, which prefers to invest heavily and promote from within. Duties:

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, risk assessments, COSHH etc.
  • To undertake AC, AHU & other various mechanical PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk with relevant SLA’s.
  • To ensure that equipment operates to a specified performance criteria.
  • To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
  • To take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.
  • To be fully aware of contractual requirements and customer needs at all times.
  • To provide asset information updates as part of the PPM process.
  • To assist with access for our subcontractor servicing, callouts and repairs.
  • Commercial PPM reactive maintenance under contractual SLA.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent (minimum).
  • Air-conditioning and refrigeration commercial experience in Building Services or FM background.
  • Experience with VRV’s, VRF’s, chillers, air handling units.
  • F Gas 2079/2089 qualified.
  • Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge.
  • Flexible with a positive attitude and approach.

  • Monday to Friday (40-hour week).
