Temporary Maintenance Operative –Broadstairs
Hours: 08:00 – 17:00
Days: 2 days per week (Flexible)
Duration: 4–6 weeks (Temporary Role)
Pay £16.50 per hour
We’re looking for a reliable and self-sufficient Maintenance Operative to support the facilities team at a commercial building in Broadstairs. This is a great opportunity for someone semi-retired or looking for a flexible role to keep busy. (This is NOT a construction site)
Key Responsibilities:
Complete Tap Temp Sheets and Emergency Lighting Flick Test Sheets
Carry out reactive maintenance tasks as needed
Assemble new shelving units, change locks & handles, Light painting duties
Work independently while reporting to the Contract Manager and end client
Maintain a professional, client-facing approach at all times
