The Role
To assist with the management of the Major Live Concert Service (MLCS), the collation and submission of International live performance claims, and the ongoing maintenance of the Live Concert Calculator.
Also assisting with the reporting of incoming revenues and identification of non-payments – initiating service level improvements where possible and identifying new business opportunities/process improvements.
The Live Team sits within the Membership department and focuses their time on royalties derived from live performances. The team’s primary focus is maintaining the Major Live Concert Service, MLCS, as well as relationship management with our highest earning Live members and Live teams at affiliate societies around the globe.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of the set list exchange process with over 50 overseas societies; identifying \’paid\’ and \’unpaid\’ activity and actively reducing inefficiencies between performances & society notifications
- End to end management of all activity within a revenue claim; ensuring effective scheduling, event/tour identification, reporting & revenue accounting
- Making claims where necessary and building effective customer relationship management and rapport with all overseas societies/contacts
- Management of a portfolio of MLCS tours
- Delivery of audits for MLCS tours, upon request

The Process
