PRS for Music is seeking a Head of Member Experience & Support to lead and transform the contact and case handling experience across all member touchpoints.

You will report to the Chief Membership Officer and steer a team of around 40 staff through multi‑channel support and digitalisation initiatives.

The role requires a proven track record in senior leadership, change management and CRM systems, with a focus on continuous improvement, member satisfaction and operational excellence.
