As our Contract Coordinator, you will coordinate and monitor the delivery of multiple small projects simultaneously on behalf of PRS for Music key stakeholders and the customer or supplier, while maintaining excellence in customer service for both internal and external stakeholders. This is a Fixed term contract role for 12 months.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure contract requirements are delivered and report any non‑performance to the Contract Manager.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Ensure PRS obligations are met under the service agreement.
  • Support the management of competing business needs.
  • Maintain performance reporting and track service levels.
  • Manage a portfolio of stakeholder change requests.
  • Keep processes and documentation up to date.
  • Recommend improvements to support continuous improvement and best practice.
  • Support delivery of PRS for Music’s strategic priorities.
  • Deputise for the Contract Manager when required.
  • Assist in resolving internal and customer/supplier queries.
  • Maintain accurate records, including meeting minutes and action follow‑ups.

  • Project management, coordination, and contract management skills (desirable).
  • Experience working to defined project scope and timelines.
  • Able to work autonomously when appropriate.
  • Strong numerical and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Analytical, with proficiency in MS Excel and effective problem‑solving abilities.
  • Committed to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Organised and time‑aware, able to prioritise tasks independently when required.
  • Capable of balancing multiple competing activities.
  • Confident communicator, able to influence, negotiate, and engage with stakeholders at all levels when needed.

The Process

Our Interview Process For This Role Is Simple: First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams. Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub with the hiring manager. We use competency-based questions within our interviews. This allows you to provide examples of situations where you have had to demonstrate the required skills relevant to the role you are applying for. To assist your preparation for interview, research the STAR method to aid bringing your examples to life.

Location

We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week. To ensure the health and safety of all our employees, if you wish to work from home for more than 2.5 days per week, we will conduct a quick and easy remote-working assessment.
