This role sits within the International department at PRS, a passionate team responsible for driving and assuring international revenue that is the highest of any Music Collective Management Organisation in the world. The department works across a range of areas including society relationship and service management, revenue assurance, and direct licensing. This role sits within the Global Revenue Assurance function and is responsible for managing the end-to-end claims process for PRS member music usage reported by partner societies worldwide. It also provides support for a range of ad hoc revenue assurance initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Handle the full claims lifecycle - from identification and submission through to tracking and reporting, working directly with the partner society or in collaboration with the Society Relations Team.
- Produce and submit outgoing claims to partner societies through cue sheet production, Music Recognition Technology and other validated data sources.
- Collaborate intra-departmentally with subject matter experts to coordinate and resolve multi-regional incoming claims.
- Promote and champion automated claims resolution tools and resources (e.g., CIS-Net) across PRS and among partner societies to drive efficiency and best practice.

Minimum qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar function
- Technical knowledge necessary to learn the operation of relevant systems
Preferred qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- Experience in claims generation, submission and query resolution
- Understanding of PRS for Music systems
- Ability to collect, clean and analyse data sets, or willingness to learn

The Process
