The Operation Specialist supports the Global Society Relations team with incoming society inquiries and related operational matters. This role is part of the International department at PRS, which is a passionate team of over 20 responsible for driving and assuring International revenues that are the highest of any Music Collective Management Organisation in the world. The department works across a range of areas including society relationship and service management, revenue assurance, and licensing.
Responsibilities
- Research incoming inquiries from societies related to PRS administration of their rights.
- Investigate copyright and distribution claims.
- Conduct data analysis and retrieval to support the team.
- Provide operational support to Head of & Society Relationship Managers where required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of directly relevant experience.
- Understanding of the music copyright environment and PRS for Music ecosystem.
- Technical knowledge of relevant PRS systems (Rep, D&M, Ice, website).
- Experience in claims handling and query resolution.
