PRS for Music is seeking a Process Improvement Consultant to identify and deliver evidence-led improvements in the Membership department. You will analyse demand across contact channels, map end-to-end processes and drive changes to reduce avoidable contact and improve first-contact resolution.

You will work with Member Support and other PRS teams, strengthening knowledge, ownership, and collaboration with third parties, to embed efficient, data-driven improvements and support a digital-first approach.
