The Role
Working collaboratively across CIO and all departments within PRS, the role will facilitate the successful delivery of a range of IT services and products for business stakeholders across PRS, for transformational and business as usual activity. The role will be a primary interface between CIO and the business, with the main responsibilities being;
- Management of business enhancements and providing support to Transformation Programmes & Projects
- To work with the IT Operations & Planning Manager for day-to-day resource management and reporting, communicating and coordinating across CIO and Transformation
Responsibilities
As our Business Relations and Resource Manager, your day to day duties will be:
- Working closely with the CIO Tech Leads and Business Systems Analysts to manage business enhancement requests: prioritization, backlog maintenance, benefits tracking and budget management
- Acts as a liaison between IT and internal business stakeholders, managing enhancement demand across PRS IT Applications
- Working closely with the Business Relationship Manager, CIO Portfolio Managers & Transformation Project Managers to support the IT Renewal portfolio
- Deputise for the Business Relationship Manager in their absence with PRS business stakeholders
- Working closely with Project Managers and CIO Tech Leads to manage the resource allocation process, facilitate collaboration for resolving resource conflicts and coordinate prioritisation requests.
- Support Project Managers and CIO Tech Leads in building their project and BAU plans in JIRA.
- Carry out JIRA Administrative activities for setting up accounts, projects and resources.
- Supporting reporting from JIRA and Power BI.

The Process
Our interview process for this role is simple:

Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.
