The Role
As our Contract Coordinator, you will coordinate and monitor the delivery of multiple small projects simultaneously on behalf of PRS for Music key stakeholders and the customer or supplier, while maintaining excellence in customer service for both internal and external stakeholders. This is a Fixed term contract role for 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Ensure contract requirements are delivered and report any non‑performance to the Contract Manager.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Ensure PRS obligations are met under the service agreement.
- Support the management of competing business needs.
- Maintain performance reporting and track service levels.
- Manage a portfolio of stakeholder change requests.
- Keep processes and documentation up to date.
- Recommend improvements to support continuous improvement and best practice.
- Support delivery of PRS for Music’s strategic priorities.
- Deputise for the Contract Manager when required.
- Assist in resolving internal and customer/supplier queries.
- Maintain accurate records, including meeting minutes and action follow‑ups.

- Project management, coordination, and contract management skills (desirable).
- Experience working to defined project scope and timelines.
- Able to work autonomously when appropriate.
- Strong numerical and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
- Analytical, with proficiency in MS Excel and effective problem‑solving abilities.

The Process
First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams. Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub with the hiring manager.

Location
