The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.
Due to an increasing workload, we are currently looking for a Site Inspector based in the Midlands, to join our Building Safety team. The role will involve carrying out façade and Internal Fire Safety investigations/Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), and preparing written technical reports with photographs.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of tall residential buildings, with experience of inspecting fire safety measures in new build and construction projects to high quality construction standards. A good technical understanding of building regulations, NHBC standards, high rise, façades and combustible materials is required for this role.
You will need to be qualified with a Level 6 construction qualification, or hold an HNC/HND/construction-related degree, and will ideally have membership to one of the following: RICS / CIOB / CABE / ICWCI / MIFireE.
The Building Safety team is part of PRP's thriving Development Consultancy team, based mainly in London. Projects for this role will be predominantly Midlands-based, however flexibility to travel to other sites in the UK and to our Manchester and London offices will be needed.
