PRP is excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as a Marketing & Communications Manager. This is a pivotal role for an experienced professional with a keen interest in the built environment. Working closely with our Partners, sector leads, and the wider team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that reflect PRP's vision and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Media relations: The lead for all PR and thought leadership pieces, working with internal teams and clients to achieve press coverage in publications that will enhance our reputation.
  • Research: Produce reports, case studies and white papers as needed.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Manage PRP’s Marketing campaigns for the year, based on business priorities and project news. Work with the Marketing team on content, execution and reporting.
  • New Business support: Work with the Head of New Business & Marketing on engagement with new and existing clients, researching opportunities, attending networking events and organising client events.
  • Event organisation: Handle logistics of various events including roundtables, client events and breakfast seminars.
  • Memberships: Manage PRP’s industry memberships to ensure staff engagement, speaking opportunities, and profile raising. Attend events as needed to represent the business.
  • Brand: Ensure that all marketing materials, both online and offline, are in line with PRP’s brand guidelines. Review and sign off creative content produced in collaboration with the Graphics team and other Marketing team members.

Who You'll Work With

  • Reporting directly to the Head of New Business & Marketing, and working closely with the Marketing Executive, Marketing Assistant and Film Maker.
  • Collaborating closely with the Graphics team and Bids team as well as with the wider business.
  • Working with colleagues throughout the practice on marketing and communications activities.
  • No line management is required.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience (5-7 years) in marketing, communications or PR roles.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing and PR strategies.
  • Demonstrable experience with media relations, both proactive and reactive.
  • Dynamic, personable and a good communicator.
  • Highly organised, with an acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
  • An interest in architecture and the built environment is essential.
