We're looking for a CDM / Principal Designer specialist to join our growing CDM Team to champion the importance of health and safety in our projects and to help deliver CDM Principal Designer and Client Advisor services. In this role you'll have an opportunity to demonstrate your passion for design safety, together with your co-ordination and technical expertise, to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of health and safety and principal designer requirements. You'll play a key part in helping our project leaders integrate design safety across our projects. While delivering the CDM Principal Designer role you will have opportunities to represent the practice externally and develop business opportunities in the field of design for health and safety. We are looking for someone who is motivated, proactive, with an open and inquisitive outlook.

- Architect or other designer/construction backgrounds preferred
- Experience in a CDM/ H&S oriented role
