We're looking for an experienced Associate specialising in Retrofit to join the Development Consultancy at our London studio. Our thriving Development Consultancy team offers expertise across a variety of sectors, with services that relate to the full lifecycle of a building or a development.
As a project leader, liaising regularly with clients and mentoring junior members of the team, you will be passionate about Retrofit and technical design, have an interest in Remediation, and will thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment. You'll have demonstrable hands-on experience of construction detailing for existing buildings, external cladding packages preparation (RIBA stages 3 – 4), and a sound knowledge of Revit.
