Salary: £ 13.00-£18.00 depending on the shifts and experience. Working Hours: Flexible Start Date: Immediate Start - Subject to successful application We are looking for experienced, confident and reliable Healthcare Assistants. You will need good communication skills and the ability to work in a variety of healthcare settings providing advanced notice and short notice cover. You will work as a member of a team in maintaining and delivering a high standard of resident care. You will implement and effectively assist in the day-to-day running of all prescribed resident care packages and assist in the meeting of all their basic care needs. You will be expected to work to a high level under the supervision of qualified nursing staff. Essential skills required for Healthcare Assistants Skills/abilities:- Ability to uses own initiative, plan own work and prioritise a patient’s care needs , Ability to work without direct supervision , Ability to work within a team , Good communication skills , Motivated to learn , Maintains a mature attitude , Possesses a responsible attitude.
