Job Description
Position: Physiotherapist
Driving License and Own Vehicle Required
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our team, supporting patients in their homes, care homes, and other community settings across Plymouth and surrounding areas.
Pay rate: £17.69 – £27.00
As a Physiotherapist with us, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and promoting recovery for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and patient goals.
- Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and exercises.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
Requirements:
- Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
- DBS with update service
- Practical training certificates
- Immunization – BCG, MMR & Hepatitis B
- Proven clinical experience in physiotherapy practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
