When vehicles are out of action, we step in to provide replacements, ensuring our customers maintain their independence and mobility. We are seeking a Branch Trainer to become part of our dedicated Learning & Development team. This is a practical and varied role, with each day offering something new. You will be instrumental in shaping how our colleagues learn and develop, delivering induction and values-based training, as well as providing technical training for our operational roles to ensure every new starter is fully equipped for life on the road or on site.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver engaging onboarding for new branch employees, including company induction, values, and core training.
- Design and deliver technical training across key areas such as:
- The Highway Code
- Road Traffic Act 1988
- Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles
- Driver Mobility Aids
- Basic Vehicle Maintenance
- Specialist Vehicles
- Create and deliver role-specific training for Drivers, Valeters, and Vehicle Checkers through interactive workshops and practical sessions.
- Keep accurate records of all training delivered across the branch network.
- Measure the effectiveness and ROI of training to ensure real impact.
- Carry out Training Needs Analyses to ensure learning aligns with business goals.
- Conduct quality audits across branches, covering areas such as customer service, driver standards, and operational compliance.
- Travel regularly to branches (with occasional overnight stays).
- Continuously look for ways to improve, innovate, and drive positive change.

- Experience delivering both classroom-based and side‑by‑side training.
