Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented, problem-solving Website Content Manager (circa £50,000 + 15% Bonus) to join a thriving financial services business in Northampton. The overall aim of the role is to boost sales leads for the commercial team through improvements in conversion. The smooth operation of the sites, organic rankings and usability of the sites has a huge impact on the success of marketing campaigns as well as business revenue.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and optimise WordPress websites and app to improve traffic, lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Oversee website functionality, UX/UI and performance, working with an external developer.
  • Use analytics, testing and monitoring tools to identify and implement website improvements.
  • Lead the delivery of customer-focused website content including web copy, blogs, case studies and landing pages.
  • Support campaign content production including video, explainers and site redevelopment projects.
  • Own technical, content and navigational SEO, GEO and AIO strategies to improve search visibility and rankings.
  • Analyse website performance against KPIs and deliver a continuous test-and-learn optimisation strategy.
  • Build and manage a roadmap of website improvements aligned to marketing and revenue objectives.

You'd be working closely with Senior Management in a dynamic environment.
