Proximity Recruitment is searching for a talented Trade Marketing Executive (up to £35,000 + Benefits) to join a large, successful business in Wellingborough, on an initial 12-month FTC. The role is 4 days a week in the offices, 1 day from home and joins a collaborative, supportive team in a dynamic innovative business environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop Comprehensive Marketing Plans: Craft and manage a robust category marketing plan to guide product-specific marketing, digital, internal comms, training activities.
- Develop Marketing Plans and Go-To-Market Strategies: Craft and manage a robust category marketing plan, develop go-to-market strategies and roadmaps for own label solutions, new product investments (NPI), range extensions, trading existing products.
- Lead Campaign Brochure Planning: Develop lead category campaign brochure plans, from initial planning stages to briefing channel leads for delivery across various platforms.
- Collaborate with Category Brand Comms Teams: Work closely with category brand comms teams to refine and execute specific multi-channel marketing, internal comms, training briefs.
- Manage Launch Events: Oversee launch and activation events in collaboration with the category team, ensuring clear messaging aligned with category objectives.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyse performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
